W80 SERIES SINGLE SEAT VALVE

OVERVIEW

The W80 Series is designed for aseptic applications. It utilizes a stem flush adapter, and it provides a liquid or steam barrier around the valve stem. This valve offers solutions for aseptic applications, and it utilizes a stem flush adapter to provide a liquid or steam barrier around the valve stem. 

The W80 adapter has an outer perimeter seal to the valve body with an o-ring. It is located forward to the product zone to minimize crevices. The product stem passes through the adapter and is sealed in the upper part and the lower part of the adapter with o-rings. The W80A adapter provides the additional functionality to run a sterile flush on the body to adapter o-ring seal. The W80 adapter only flushes the stem seal, but the W80A adapter provides a fully aseptic sealing solution. The flush adapter is a direct replacement for the standard adapter piece. It maintains the same dimensions as the W60 Series, and it also is providing the same complete flexible offering.

W90 SERIES SINGLE SEAT VALVE

OVERVIEW

The W90 Series is most ideal when the product must be isolated from the external environment. This series valve utilizes a diaphragm adapter. The adapter is able to provide a reliable hermetic seal around the valve stem.

  • Suitable for sterilization temperatures 
    • 270°F (132°C) for EPDM
    • 230°F (110°C) for FKM (fluoroelastomer)
    • Process pressures to 100 psi (7 bar).

The SW4 has a hygienic design that makes it ideal for applications in the dairy, beverage, brewing, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

All product-wetted parts are made of AISI 316 L / 1.4404 (DIN EN 100888) stainless steel. Seal materials are EPDM (standard), HNBR, FPM, VMQ (options)

W262/W265/W282/W285 SERIES SINGLE SEAT VALVE

OVERVIEW

The W262/W265/W282/W285 Series has a design that prevents the water hammer or hydraulic shock conditions that are caused by the traditional flow diversion valves. Overall, this helps extend the life of the valve and the surrounding process equipment. The W265 HTST valve assembly comes with 1 or 2 microswitches in each valve control module. This is intended to meet PMO requirements for position indication. Also, the solenoids are optional.
