D4 SERIES MIX PROOF VALVE

OVERVIEW

The D4 Series offers reliable separation of fluids and an ultra-hygienic option for enhanced cleanability. The valve is used for the reliable separation of dissimilar fluids. Overall, it helps fulfill todays customer demands for: production flexibility, increased productivity, rapid return on investment (ROI), and improved product quality across the Food & Beverage, Dairy, Personal Care and Brewing process industries.

The D4 Series has two seats which isolate the upper and lower pipe lines when the valve is in the fail-safe closed position. It has an innovative atmospheric vent cavity design in-between the seats. This creates dual paths for any leakage in case the seals fail. Additionally, there is a drain for CIP solution during seat cleaning. An external CIP spray flush is included, and this helps provide enhanced cleaning of the leakage and vent cavity. This is all while the valve is closed or open during production.

D4PMO SERIES MIX PROOF VALVE

OVERVIEW

The D4PMO Series is used for the reliable separation and continuous processing of dissimilar fluids in Grade A dairy. They help fulfill today’s customer demands for: production flexibility, high productivity, rapid return on investment (ROI), and enhanced product quality across various applications in the fluid milk, cheese, cream, whey, and yogurt industries.
