FX JUICE PASTEURIZER UNIT OR SYSTEM

OVERVIEW

The APV FX Tubular Juice Pasteurizer is made in a modular system for complete flexibility. The SPX FLOW FX Tubular Juice Pasteurizer features automatic control of pasteurization temperature, automatic flow diversion, and continuous recording. The continuous recording is intended for full traceability together with high heat recovery. As a result, this helps lower operating costs. The FX Juice Pasteurizers are available in capacities ranging from 792 to 9,246 g/h (3,000 to 35,000 l/h). Forunately, they are re-assembled and factory-tested with water. This is done to ensure fast installation and commissioning for reliable performance and high ROI over a long service life.

PARATUBE TUBULAR HEAT EXCHANGERS

OVERVIEW

A tubular heat exchanger (THE) is used to warm or cool a product. This is done by exchanging heat between the process fluid and a service fluid. The service fluid is usually water, ice water, glycol or steam. The hot or cold service fluid flows around the tubes. Next, the heat is transferred between the product and the media. The rate of heat transfer is dependent on the tubular heat exchanger configuration, temperature differential, size of tubes, turbulence in the flow, and flow velocity. There are different configurations that are available, and the selection of the best solution is based on the properties of the process fluid and production goals.
